You can walk along to Greenaway beach for a tranquil day on the beach or head to Padstow for a sea life tour, make sure you look out for dolphins, seals and the odd basking shark. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service.
