The open plan kitchen/dining room is the perfect space for socializing whilst cooking, with a dining table, sofa, TV and French doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the mod cons you could need during your stay, while the utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and a wine fridge. The comfortably furnished living room offers ample seating and a 50” Smart TV, while the snug and cosy sitting room features a wood burner, seating and a cabinet full of board games.

On the first floor guests will find four spacious and beautifully presented bedrooms. The stylish master bedroom has a kingsize bed, balcony, dressing area and a luxurious en-suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms each have a zip and link kingsize bed, which can be split into twin beds on request at the time of booking, while the fourth bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Please note there are five steps going down to the fourth bedroom. The family bathroom is on the same floor and it is fully fitted with a roll-top bathtub and a shower cubicle.

The wonderfully landscaped garden has two large lawns and guests can enjoy the use of the barbeque, summer house, outdoor seating and a table tennis table in the garage. There is plenty of off-road parking outside the property for up to five cars and one dog is welcome (for an additional charge). Please note the garden isn’t securely enclosed for dogs.

Budleigh Salterton is a friendly seaside town in East Devon, packed with coastal charm and featuring friendly cafés, independent shops, galleries and a two-mile pebble ridge beach, perfect for sunny days. Set at the beginning of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and located within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area is great for walkers with access to the South West Coast Path.

Venture a short distance away and you’ll find a whole range of attractions such as Bicton Botanical Park, Crealy Great Adventure Park, The World of Country Life in Exmouth and the world-renowned Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth. Hire bikes from Budleigh Bikes, where you can gain instant access to the National Route 2 Cycle Track. For all-terrain mountain biking, head to Woodbury Common (also a great location for birdwatchers!).

During your stay be sure to visit the neighboring towns of Beer, Sidmouth, Exmouth and Seaton.
