The impressive family residence is located just on the outskirts of Braunton which has plenty of amenities for a relaxing holiday in North Devon. The renowned golf course and dune backed beach of Saunton is just a stone’s throw. The property comprises of 2 bedrooms, Shower room, two reception rooms, dining room and utility room with downstairs shower, not forgetting the ample outdoor space, so there is plenty of room for everyone, even the dog!
Within a 5-minute drive of Croyde with lovely pubs, restaurants, and its own sandy beach or a little further will bring you to the popular holiday destinations of Woolacombe, Putsborough and of course Exmoor National Park, for those that love to take in the wonderful scenery.

Outside: To the front of the property is a large driveway with raised lawned area with seating, gate at bottom of driveway. At the rear is a small, enclosed courtyard.
Parking: Parking for up to 4 cars
General: Wi-Fi Provided. Oil central Heating and Electricity included in the rent. Bed Linen and Towels Provided (please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking.
Pets: 2 Pets welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
