A delightful country cottage in tranquil setting overlooking the Taw Valley. Within short drive of village facilities and character country pubs.
Nestling on a hillside which spectacularly overlooks the Taw Valley and approached by a quiet country lane. This wonderful rural idyll provides peace and tranquility, yet is just a few miles from Burrington village and within ten minutes drive of other attractive local villages with award winning cosy pubs. The cottage is spacious, well equipped and attractively furnished in a contemporary cottage style. The main living room is on the first floor to take advantage of the views and has a woodburner for the cooler seasons. With bedroom and living space available on both the ground floor and first floor and 3 bath/shower rooms this is an ideal property for families or friends to holiday together as it offers ample space for all groups. A fully enclosed patio garden with garden furniture is ideal for alfresco dining and there is off road parking available for up to 3 cars. This lovely pet friendly cottage offers an ideal location to return to after a day exploring the scenic diversity of North Devon with its fantastic beaches and coastline, bustling market towns and the splendour of Exmoor and Dartmoor all within a scenic 40 minutes drive. Many famous attractions including the gardens at RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal, the Tarka Trail and the historic city of Exeter are also easily accessible.
