A great space to sit and relax with a refreshing glass of wine and your favourite book. Continue to the modern open plan kitchen/dining room and find an array of appliances to help you as you whip up a mouth-watering meal for the whole group to enjoy whilst gathered around the dining table. Retreat to the three restful first-floor bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and the other two share use of the family bathroom which is fitted with a shower cubicle and a separate bathtub, perfect for taking a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.

On warmer days, make the most of the sunny garden which has outdoor seating on the patio and decked area, an ideal spot for an al-fresco family meal. Combe Martin is an ideal base for touring, and discovering the delights of North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. Grab your hiking boots and head for the beautiful sands of Combe Martin Beaches, where you can begin an exciting expedition hiking the glorious South West Coast Path to the hamlet of Watermouth and watch as colourful boats bob in the harbour.

Combe Martin is also perfectly situated to the enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions such as the popular Tarka Trail which provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and scenery stretching from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park is ½ a mile away, Watermouth Theme Park is 3½ miles, Exmoor Zoo is 5 miles and the Woody Bay Steam Railway is 8¾ miles. Further along, the seaside resort of Ilfracombe can be found boasting activities aplenty, with attractions such as Chambercombe Manor, the Ilfracombe Museum and The Ilfracombe Aquarium all awaiting your arrival. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West and why not venture further into the stunning Exmoor National Park for an unforgettable hike through the moorlands. Combe Martin is a great base for enjoying a seaside getaway, with something to keep everybody entertained. Two dogs are allowed to stay in the property for an additional £30 per pet per stay. Please be aware that the lane going up to the house is quite steep.
