The cottage is just a short walk from the centre of Croyde village.

Inglenook nestles in a row of cottages and is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of the picturesque village of Croyde with a choice of pubs, wetsuit/surf board hire shops, cafes and restaurants. It is only a further 10 minute walk on the footpath meandering through the sand dunes to the beach at Croyde Bay, a magnet for families and surfers alike. Alternatively, you can drive the short distance to one of the beach car parks (pay). Another convenience is The Manor House, a local family friendly pub serving meals, which is opposite the cottage.

The cottage offers some original character features with exposed stone walls and wooden beams in the main room. From the entrance hall, the living/dining room features comfortable seating with a wide screen TV and wood burner. To the rear is the kitchen. There are two double bedrooms with storage space on the first floor, plus a separate shower room.  Across the small rear courtyard is a storage room which houses the washer/dryer and small freezer. 18 steps by the barn at the rear, lead up to Inglenook's small enclosed garden with table and seating (set amongst the other cottage gardens). A barbecue is provided and the garden makes a pleasant spot to eat, drink and enjoy the countryside views.  On arrival there is space to unload on the ramp that bridges the stream running outside the front of the cottages but parking is then on street.

The cottage provides a good base for enjoying fun filled days on the golden beach, exploring the dramatic coastline and beautiful surrounding countryside, whilst also being handy for experiencing the village's vibrant summer life.

Outbuilding with small freezer and washer/dryer. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Double. Separate shower room, WC and basin.

Communal unloading area and limited on street parking nearby. £100 refundable security deposit. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
