There are plenty of beaches to choose from, with the vast sands of Saunton only a mile up the road, or slightly further afield you have Woolacombe and Putsborough beaches, both renowned for their great surf, interesting rock pools and family friendly nature. For keen walkers and cyclists the beautiful Exmoor National Park is easily accessible where you can enjoy invigorating walks, whilst taking in the wonderful scenery.
