3 Cleveland Villa offers high quality holiday accommodation within a short level walk of the popular coastal village of Instow, with dog friendly sandy beach and a good selection of pubs and restaurants. There are 4 bedrooms all located on the first floor, with beautiful estuary views being enjoyed from the Master room. A stylish contemporary kitchen with open plan living space allows family and friends to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach or a cycle down the Tarka Trail. Instow also has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and has a local shop, it is close to the Tarka Trail which is excellent for cycling or walking. The surfing beach at Westward Ho! is within 5 miles and local attractions including The Milkyway, The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor are all within a short drive.
Size: sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms. Maximum 7 adults
