High quality spacious apartment with spectacular views over the East Lyn Valley and a short down hill walk to a choice of shops and pubs in the Exmoor coastal village of Lynmouth.
Aberlyn is a spacious and attractive apartment offering wonderful river and hillside views and just a short downhill walk to Lynmouth's good selection of harbour side pubs, restaurants and shops. The apartment has recently been refurbished and includes a large open plan living area with bi-fold doors opening out onto a balcony. With the sound of the river below this is a perfect spot for relaxing on balmy evenings whilst comfy settees surround a feature fireplace with a woodburner for those cooler seasons. Two good sized attractive bedrooms each have their own ensuite shower rooms making the property ideal for couples or families.
