This stylish contemporary apartment is ideal for families looking for a property close to the village amenities, beaches and the coastal path but also provides a peaceful retreat in which to unwind after a busy day. This spacious property has been recently renovated to a high standard, keeping many original features and benefits from an open plan modern kitchen/dining area which is an ideal area to socialise. The property is located in an elevated position enjoying sea views and peace and quiet, yet is a short walk to the coastal bath, beaches and the village which has pubs, tea rooms and a village store. Woolacombe is a mile away which offers an award-winning sandy beach, surf schools, pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops.
