Trinity Cottage is a delightful holiday base from which to explore this part of North Devon. The three mile stretch of golden sand, with Putsborough Beach at one end and Woolacombe Beach at the other (named the UK's best beach by TripAdvisor travellers) , is ideal for surfers and beach lovers with its rolling, unbroken surf. Both beaches are around a 15-20 minute drive away from the village. The nearby harbour town of Ilfracombe with its many individual shops, cafes and restaurants is well worth a visit too. Exmoor National Park is another enjoyable option for you to consider for your adventure and days out.

West Down is an attractive village and the local pub and community shop are less than 2 minutes walk from the front door. The semi-detached cottage has a small garden, ideal for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine, perhaps barbecue and a glass of something cool and refreshing. The living room has a stone fireplace and corner sofa for relaxing on in front of the TV. The dining room has wooden floors and leading off from this is the well equipped, small kitchen which has slate flooring. Upstairs, in addition to the three bedrooms, is a newly fitted stylish bathroom, complete with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. The master bedroom is a good size with a double aspect and pleasantly overlooks the church yard and the front garden. The second double and bunk room are more compact. Trinity Cottage is ideal for small families or couples looking to holiday with friends (the Cottage is available for up to 5 guests).

Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine and wine fridge. Dining room with Aga (not in use). First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double, TV. Bedroom 2 with Double, TV. Bedroom 3 with bunks (5' 9" x 2'6") suitable for children. Bathroom with fitted shower over jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubical, underfloor heating, WC and basin. (Please note: head room is quite low on the staircase).
