Quay Cottage is a pretty holiday home in Kingswear. A delightful riverside village on the banks of the River Dart. The cottage has fabulous views across the river to Dartmouth and has been recently refurbished, decorated and furnished in blue and white nautical style, in keeping with its location… a stylish coastal bolthole for two.

Kingswear has a couple of pubs and a post office stores, just a quick ferry crossing over the river and you're in Dartmouth which has some lovely galleries, restaurants, cafes lining the delightful winding streets. The town itself has an inner harbour and a park with bandstand. It really is a lovely spot with the Dart Marina and Royal Naval College sitting at one end of the town and Dartmouth Castle standing guard at the river mouth.

Accommodation:

Living/Kitchen area: Dining table and chairs, cooker, microwave and washing machine.

Bedroom: Views over the River Dart across to Dartmouth, king size double bed, wardrobe, dressing table.

Bathroom: White WC, hand basin, has a walk-in shower cubicle and washing machine.

Parking:  There is free/restricted parking available in and around the village. A parking permit can be provided for the space of one car in the Dart Haven Marina car park by arrangement with the agency. 

Security Deposit: £150 Refundable or Damage Waiver: At the checkout you can choose to pay the £5 per person Good housekeeping deposit waiver instead

Facilities and services: WiFi connection available. Strong mobile signal. Bed linen and towels provided. (Beach towels not provided.)  Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season, minimum 3 nights. Shop: 0.1 ml   Pub: 0.1 ml. No smoking. Pets Welcome: Maximum of 2 pets: £25 per pet per week.  Park Permit Provided.
