Some of the most popular attractions are the River Boats, catch the Greenway Ferry to Agatha Christie's House and Gardens, take a ride on the Paddle Steamer to Dartmouth Castle and along to Dittisham and get the passenger ferry to Kingswear. All of this is in less than a 5 minute walk of the house. 

The house is beautifully decorated, externally the house is decorated in shells creating a beach scene and internally the owners have gone for a contemporary theme, neutral tones with splashes of bright colour.

Rooms: Ground Floor - Open Plan Living, Kitchen and Diner. First Floor - Double Bedroom and Family Bathroom. Second Floor - Master Bedroom. 

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric Oven, Electric Ceramic Hob, Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine (Located in the bathroom), Nespresso krups Coffee Machine (Guests to bring their own pods).

Entertainment: Large wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview in the living, kitchen and diner (Guests can log into their own Netflix Accounts). Both bedrooms have Flat Screen Smart TV's with Freeview (Guests can log into their own accounts). 

For Families: Travel Cot and Highchair provided at the property. Guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot. 

Outside Space: This property does not come with outside space. 

Parking: Pay and Display in Mayor's Avenue

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Mobile Phone signal is strong. 

Pets: 1 Pet is Welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. 

Accidental Damage Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
