The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space is a sociable area for cooking, eating and relaxing whilst planning your action-packed day ahead. Sit down to a spot of brunch or dinner at the breakfast bar, perfectly set for two. Alternatively, for a romantic evening in, sit down to dinner in the lounge area in front of TV/DVD. A cosy double bedroom offers plenty of space for two to unpack and unwind after a long day, and there’s also a small single room, ideal for a child. A patio at the front of the property has outdoor furniture for enjoying the last of the evening sun.
Just over half a mile from the River Dart, you’re never far from rural riverside walking and cycling routes, or fishing spots for keen anglers. Be sure to visit the beautiful Greenway House and Garden only 1 mile away, where you can relax in the beloved home of author Agatha Christie. Head 3 miles out to the coast to visit the fishing town of Brixham, where you can enjoy some glorious freshly caught seafood in a range of restaurants and fish and chip shops, whilst taking a long walk along St Mary’s Bay and Breakwater Beach. Fancy staying a little closer to home? The local area of Galmpton (0.5 miles) is an idyllic rural village with a couple of local pubs, perfect for a pint or a bite to eat.
