Genista is a stunning property full of charm and character located in the heart of Kingswear across the river from Dartmouth. Kingswear is a beautiful village with plenty of walks for you to explore as well as benefiting from being so close to Dartmouth. There is a ferry that goes backwards and forward throughout the day that will take you to Dartmouth where you can find local shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
