Salcombe Heights is located in the beautiful coastal town of Salcombe in South Devon, this property is situated in a private complex at the top of Salcombe Town which is around a 10 minute walk from the main town centre. The town centre includes a fantastic selection of shops, clothes shops, local souvenirs shops and a wide range of cafes and restaurants using local produce. This amazing property sleeps a total of ten people, ideally suited for 8 adults and 2 children, in five bedrooms, three of which have ensuites, there is an additional family bathroom and an extra shower in the utility room. If you are bringing a furry friend, this could come in handy just in case you've been to the beach or along the muddy pathways. Due to the size of the property there is also parking for two vehicles on the driveway in front of the garage. The perfect house for the perfect family holiday.

Bedrooms: 2x King (5') beds, 2x Twin (3' - may be zip and linked to form 6' superking, please inform us during the booking process if you would like the beds separate or zip and lined for your booking.),  2x Single (3'). 

Rooms: Ground Floor - Hallway, Cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin, Open Plan Dining/Kitchen, Living Room, Utility Room with Shower, Bedroom 2 with King and ensuite. First Floor - Living Room, Master Bedroom with King and ensuite, Family Bathroom, Bedroom 3 with two Singles, Bedroom 4 with Twin Zip and Link beds, Bedroom 5 with Twin Zip and Link beds with ensuite. 

Kitchen & Utilities - Siemens Appliances, Induction Hob, Built in Oven, built in Microwave, Wine fridge, Nespresso Krups Coffee Machine (Please bring your own pods), Nespresso Areoccino Milk Frother, Morphy Richard four slot toaster, built in Siemens dishwasher, built in American Style full size fridge and freezer. Siemens Washing Machine, Siemens Tumble Dryer. There is a dining table and 8 chairs, remaining 2 guests are able to sit at the Breakfast Island.

Entertainment - 56" Samsung Smart TV, 32" Samsung Smart TV, Sky TV, Samsung Sound Bar. 

For Families - Travel cot, High Chair and Stair Gate provided (guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot). 

Outside - Enclosed patio area with seating and garden table and chairs provided. Decked Balcony for the Master bedroom on the first floor. 

Parking - Parking is on the driveway, there is room for 2 cars however, is not large enough for 2 4x4's. 

General - Wifi Provided. Gas Central Heating and electricity included in the rent. Underfloor heating is located throughout the ground floor and in the first floor living room. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. No Short Breaks. 

Pets - Maximum of 1 Pet, £25 per pet per week.

Security Deposit: Refundable £400 or Damage Waiver: Non-Refundable £40. is required 56 days before arrival. 

You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
