The holiday retreat is also a short stroll away from the famed Bantham beach, where walkers, surfers and water sport fans alike can enjoy soaking up this popular well-known beauty spot.

Guests can enjoy a whole host of activities away from the beach, including walking along the South West Coast Path to Thurlestone, golf at the scenic course at Thurlestone and also the course at Bigbury, fishing out along the river estuary and days out exploring Diggerland Devon, Thurlestone Sands (2 miles), Bigbury on Sea Beach (5 miles), Overbecks Museum & Garden (6 miles), Dartmoor Zoological Park and Saltram House & Gardens (both 10 miles), the Woodlands Leisure Park and Slapton Sands and Torcoss Beach (both 11 miles).
