Stunning barn conversion located in a quaint village in South Devon just outside of Kingsbridge, it's on a working farm with ample parking and high end modern features.
The Meadows is a beautiful modern barn conversion on a local family farm in West Alvington, a quaint village on the outskirts of Kingsbridge in South Devon. West Alvington is a lovely village with a local pub called the Ring 'O' Bells, a village shop selling local produce and is a 10 minute walk from Kingsbridge, there is just so much to do on your doorstep. The property is within short driving distances of Salcombe, Bantham Beach and Plymouth City Centre. If you wanted to head in the other direction you'll be able to visit Slapton Sands, Dartmouth or Totnes. Each town offering unique activities for both adults and children.
The Meadows offers guests an additional games barn with Table Tennis and Darts Board with extra storage space if you are bring a boat, kayaks, surf board and much more! The owners have made sure the property is comfortable outside just as much as inside therefore, they have provided a charcoal barbeque and a fire pit (Guests will need to bring their own wood and charcoal) and outside seating for everyone as well as a couple of loungers for those sunbathers of the family!

Rooms: Ground Floor - Open plan kitchen/diner, utility, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 both with ensuites. First Floor - Bedroom 3, living room. Second Floor - Master bedroom, family bathroom.
Kitchen and Utilities: Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Electric Range Cooker with Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Tassimo Coffee Machine (Guests to bring their own Pods). Breakfast bar with seating. Dining Tables and chairs seating up to eight people. Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Boiler, W.C, Handbasin.
Entertainment: 13" TV in the kitchen, Large Flat screen Smart TV in the living room, 34" TV in the master bedroom.
For Families: Travel Cot, Highchair, 2 Stair Gates (Ground Floor and Second Floor), Other equipment is not supplied. (Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot).
Outside: Garden, Patio, Outside Seating Provided. Fire Pit. Darts Board.
Parking: Parking for up to 6 vehicles on the driveway.
General: WiFI Provided. Oil Central Heating provided. No Smoking. Bed linen and towels provided.
Pets: Maximum of 3 pets accepted. Note - You will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. This is a working farm and pets must be kept on the lead at all times.
Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes: No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Strong mobile phone signal. Please be aware this is a working farm there are free range animals and children, please do not feed or touch the animals. If you have a dog with you then please make sure they do not jump the gate or fence that encloses The Meadows and that the dogs are kept on a lead at all times. Please be respectful of the livestock. If you are bringing a pet with you, please make sure that you clean up after your pet otherwise you may incur charges.
