- Smart TV, with Samsung/Sky package in lounge, Smart TV/DVD in zip and link bedroom, Smart TV in master en-suite bedroom. TV/DVD in king size bedroom.

- 2nd games has a small desk and chair, PlayStation/ blue ray DVD player and TV, and a pull out sofa bed which can 2 small children or 1 adult.
