This cosy holiday cottage is in an attractive barn conversion offering lovely farmland views. There is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable colourful sitting area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles with one benefiting from an en-suite shower room, and a twin room as well as a further separate shower room. Outside, at the front of the cottage there is a small private patio with furniture. The Crooked Branch is an ideal base for families who will love being greeted by the alpacas, goats, miniature donkeys, chickens and ducks. Children can enjoy the shared air hockey and pool table, swings and roundabout, whilst the adults make the most of the hot tub and bar and restaurant. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 997704 and 997705, together they sleep 13.
The village of Hartland provides visitors with a craft shop, good pubs and several places to eat. The village of Clovelly lies just 5 miles away and is renowned for its steep cobbled streets and 14th Century harbour. The unspoilt coastal resorts of Bude and Bideford are both within 15 miles making this a superb base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.
