The Linney in Devon receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches. Guests appreciate the warm welcome from hosts Vicki and Pete, the property's quiet location, and the well-equipped facilities. While some mention minor limitations for dog owners and Wi-Fi connectivity, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many looking forward to returning.
Reviewers consistently mention that The Linney is spotlessly clean, with several comments highlighting the pristine condition of the property. The attention to cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive guest experience.
The property's location is frequently praised for being quiet and ideal for exploring North Devon. However, some guests note the narrow access roads and the lack of a dog-friendly pub within walking distance, which slightly impacts the perfect score.
Guests find The Linney to be very comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed and cosy atmosphere. The property is described as a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation.
The facilities at The Linney are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities. Some guests suggest minor improvements, such as upgrading the TV and shower curtain, but overall, the facilities meet guests' needs.
