A stylish double fronted property within walking distance of village amenities, Appledore is renowned for its quaint narrow streets and fishermans cottages.
Prospect Place is wonderful 17th Century character cottage which has been recently refurbished to a high standard by a local interior designer. Set close to the Quayside and a choice of individual shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the picturesque fishing village of Appledore, the property has a contemporary feel, but also very homely. The front door opens directly into a spacious living room with comfy seating, large window and white ceiling creating a light and airy atmosphere. The kitchen/dining area is open plan, with additional breakfast bar over looking the living area. Stairs lead to the first floor landing, where there are 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single, the family bathroom is also on this level. Off the kitchen there is a stable door leading to a small narrow outdoor space which has a half table with two chairs, a nice place to relax and get a bit of fresh sea air!
