Settle down on the comfortable four-seater sofa to watch TV or plan tomorrow’s adventures. The bright dining room also has a large window, and houses a table and bench seating, along with a lovely period ornamental fireplace. Take two steps up to the sleek, compact kitchen, complete with a traditional dresser. A door from the kitchen opens onto a courtyard and outbuilding utility area. Please be aware that the age of this well-preserved cottage means certain doorways have limited headroom and there are steep stairs to the first floor. Here, a further three steps bring you to the spacious family bathroom, with another pretty, ornamental fireplace. There are two cosy bedrooms, both with lovely beams. One features a super-king-size zip-and-link which can be made up as a twin, a chest of drawers and a further ornamental fireplace. The other is a double, in a charming Victorian-style bedstead.

Outside, a secluded courtyard has outdoor furniture and an outbuilding with a WC and utility area.
