The Beach House is on a small, exclusive development located between the surfing resort of Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park and offers private access to Northam Burrows and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club. An impressive, bright and spacious open plan living area has bi-fold doors opening up onto a patio and garden and there is a woodburner for cooler evenings in. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms makes this a great property for families and groups of friends. Close to all village amenities, in the centre of this popular beach resort.

This is a fabulous holiday property for families and super dog friendly. Superb location, high spec, great outside space, ample parking with electric charging. Excellent to access Westward Ho! And great base to explore the wider county. Highly recommend
