A lovely contemporary beach villa in a most desirable location offering wonderful sea and coastal views. Close to all village amenities and the wonderful beach at Westward Ho!
The Lookout is on a small exclusive development located between the surfing resort of Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park and offers private access to Northam Burrows and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club. Wonderful sea and coastal views can be enjoyed from the spacious open plan living area situated on the first floor with bi-fold doors leading onto a balcony. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a good size master bedroom with ensuite shower room and French door leading out into the fully enclosed patio garden and a twin bedded room served by a super family bathroom.
