Surf Cottage is an ideal holiday home situated just a stones throw from the broad expanse of golden surf washed sands and conveniently situated in the centre of the popular resort of Westward Ho! close to shops, pubs, restaurants and entertainments. The property is bright and fresh and laid out over three floors. Sea views can be enjoyed from the upper floors and a hot tub on the rear patio makes the cottage even more special. Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday or for those wishing to enjoy more active pursuits. Delightful walks to be enjoyed across Northam Burrows Nature Reserve and along the National Trust Coastal path, which extends as far as Cornwall. Surfing, golf and tennis are all available in the village and an indoor swimming pool is close by at Northam. The open plan living room provides an ideal space for family and friends to get together and has glazed doors to the patio with hot tub and a raised decked area to extend the living space for sunny breakfasts or balmy summer evenings. The well equipped kitchen is separated from the lounge area by a large breakfast bar ideal for informal dining.  Two bedrooms and a family bathroom are on the first floor and the master bedroom at the front of the cottage has sea views and en suite facilities.  A loft bedroom on the second floor has twin beds, sloping ceilings and a velux window offering sea and coastal views. Westward Ho! is a resort for all seasons and there is also so much more to explore within easy driving distance including pretty coastal villages, the incredible landscapes of The Hartland Peninsula, the historic fishing village of Appledore and the Elizabethan port town of Bideford. Many local attractions for the young and the young at heart provide wonderful days out no matter what the weather and includes RHS Gardens Rosemore, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep and Dartington Crystal.
