Whilst the village of Hartland, the Elizabethan Port town of Bideford or the surfing beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude are within a scenic 30 minute drive.  

The open plan living space is light and airy with a high apex ceiling and oak flooring with eco-friendly underfloor heating. There is individual courtyard seating and additional facilities which make it ideal for walkers, cyclists and those wishing to bring a pet. The owners grow their own vegetables in a small holding adjacent and have ducks, chickens, pigs, goats, cats and a dog. A large meadow ideal for leisurely picnics is just one area where the owners are carefully managing their land to encourage a variety of wildlife with owl, bat, bird boxes and small ponds for amphibians.
