The house has extensive unenclosed grounds including a terrace, surrounded by a low stone wall (young children must be supervised), rough lawns, tiny brook, stone walls and BBQ. There are lovely views of Kimmeridge Bay, a 20 minute walk away. Parking for 4 cars.
