Little Ivy is a pretty thatched Grade II listed cottage dating back hundreds of years, situated in the heart of West Lulworth, one of the most popular villages along the coast in Dorset.  Just a few minutes stroll from the property is Lulworth Cove famous for its geologically unique and beautiful cove. Also just a stroll away is the Dorset Coastal Path, ice cream shops and tempting seafood shacks (all seasonal).  Here also you will find two pubs serving food and offering views. Another pub just a second away The Castle Inn is pet friendly and has a good garden.  The nearby Durdle Door, a large rock formation likened to a doorway, arising from the sea, is a must visit attraction; a popular beach offering snorkelling and cliff walks.  A lazy trip along the coast will take you to Swanage in the east and Weymouth in the west. Days can be filled with activities such as a boat ride along the coast, walking along the coastline searching for fossils or exploring the many geological and historical sites nearby. Returning to the cottage you may choose to dine alfresco in the small garden.   Ivy Cottage which is semi-detached to Little Ivy is perfect for a larger group or if you'd like to book two cottages together.
