This attractive stone cottage has a wealth of character features and lots of charm. On the ground floor there is a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove, and also a dining kitchen. On the first floor there are the two bedrooms, both with high ceilings and beams. The king-size bedroom has views facing south across the garden, neighbouring orchard and surrounding countryside. From the twin bedroom there are pretty rural views across the fields and beyond to the hills of West Dorset. The family bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor, along with a separate utility area and boot room.

The sheltered cottage garden is south facing and includes a seating area with picnic bench, a separate paved area with bench, lawn and shrubs, and views of the neighbouring orchard.

Being close to the Jurassic Coast, there is ample opportunity for excellent coastal walks and there are numerous quaint villages and market towns within easy reach, making Carousel Cottage perfect as a base for your Dorset adventures.
