The annex is next to the owner's home and comfort and privacy are a priority with this property being ideal for all ages. Apart from a small step up into one of the bedrooms, it is all on ground floor level. The kitchen overlooks the large rear patio area and the attached 6 acre paddock with rising fields ahead; whilst the lounge/diner leads to an inviting south facing conservatory overlooking the large, lawned front garden and the rolling hills beyond. Guests have use of a small enclosed yard to exercise their pet and are welcome to use the rest of the gardens and field where the owners' dog, cats and chickens roam freely. Guests are requested not to leave their pet unattended within the property. Grazelands is surrounded by the glorious Dorset countryside and is perfect for walkers, whilst the nearest beach which forms part of the famous Jurassic coast is only a carefree drive of approx. 5 miles away. The Shave Cross pub, around 2 miles away, is acclaimed locally. Bridport with its weekly market and interesting mix of high street and old curiosity shops is just a few miles away. Grazeland Cottage is well placed for reaching Dorset's tourist attractions or alternatively it provides a haven if you prefer to simply enjoy viewing the calm of the countryside from the comfort of your arm chair.
