This 5 star exquisite holiday home ticks all the boxes for a perfect memorable family holiday. Tucked away in the village of Osmington (less than a mile from the sea) and backing onto countryside, Baytree Lodge offers the best of both worlds. From the moment you walk into this modern spacious property you will be wowed with luxury. Entertain under the vaulted ceiling in the huge open space, cook in the granite worktop laden kitchen, relax in front of the fire and finish off with a dip in the pool and that's just on the ground floor! Upstairs all four gorgeous bedrooms have ensuites, flat screens and plenty of room - this property just seems to go on and on. The fun and entertainment doesn't stop there as Bay Tree has its own separate games room complete with a pool table. The huge amount of space continues outside into the garden. The grounds offer privacy, a lovely open country outlook and can be completely enclosed offering security and peace of mind with little ones. Miles of footpaths leave straight from the property. The stunningly rustic Ringstead beach is only a five minute drive away and Weymouth, famous for its long golden sands is only a little further. The Dorset Coastal path can be picked up at nearby Osmington Mills where the Smugglers pub offers a welcome break after a bracing walk. Whatever you are looking for out of a holiday, Baytree Lodge is sure to have everything you could ever want and if you do decide to go out for the day the location is pretty good too.
Accommodation: Large main lounge with woodburner (first net of logs provided between Oct-April). Large kitchen / diner leading to additional large second lounge area. Utility Room. Cloakroom with hand basin and toilet. Lower ground floor indoor swimming pool with separate cloakroom with hand basin and toilet - patio doors to the garden. First Floor: Bedroom 1, kingsize bed, en-suite with shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 2, twin single beds, en-suite with shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 3, kingsize double bed, en-suite with shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 4, triple single beds ensuite with shower, hand basin and toilet. Family bathroom, large double ended bath, hand basin and toilet.
Bedroom 5, kingsize double ded with ensuite, with shower, basin and toilet. This bedroom is situated outside the main house above the games room.
Games room, seperate from the main house, with a full size pool and foosball table, as well as a free standing arcade console.
Please note that in order to offer flexibility with the sleeping accommodation at Baytree, the property has 4 bedrooms in the main house which accommodate 9 guests, and there is an additional bedroom above the separate games room which can accommodate 2 guests. Therefore, the property offers sleeping accommodation for up to 11 guests, however for your comfort guest numbers should not exceed 10.
Services in addition to standard equipment: Wifi. Gas central heating. Fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Flat screen TV's, DVD player, iPod dock. Cot. Bed linen inclusive please state requirements when booking. Enclosed garden area overlooking open fields, patio, lawn and decking areas with furniture, unsupervised children's play area. Gated off street parking for 4 cars. Please note that the swimming pool, games room and children's play area are all unsupervised and are therefore used at your own risk. The heated swimming pool will be closed daily from 9am - 10am for essential pool maintenance (weekdays only except bank holidays). Please also be aware gardeners will be attending the property intermittently throughout the year for essential garden maintenance.
The owners of Bay Tree Lodge require a £200 refundable damage deposit from Guests on booking. Subject to a satisfactory check out after your departure this will be refunded within 10 days. Please note that if you are booking online within eight weeks of your holiday date the refundable damage deposit will need to be taken in a separate transaction from your online booking and we shall ring / email you regarding this.
It may be possible to bring one small pet during out of season times - between November and March. Please ring to enquire before booking if you would like to take a pet: 01305 789000.
A fully refundable security deposit may apply to this property to cover potential damages.
