At the back of the property there is a sloped lawned garden and a patio area with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the sunshine and maybe even indulge in a barbecue. Each of the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, one bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite, two of the bedrooms on the first floor have direct access out onto the sweeping balcony with the views of the sea and the fourth bedroom has doors leading onto the patio area at the back of the property. At the front of the property there is space for three cars to park comfortably. You can walk along Chesil Beach which is an 14-mile-long shingle barrier stretching from West Bay to Portland. In the nearby village of Abbostbury there is the Swannery which is home to the world’s only managed colony of nesting mute swans. There is also the Subtropical Gardens with rare plants and a restaurant. Further along the coast is Weymouth with is calm clear waters, beach front arcades and attractions, a sea life centre and Sandworld with incredible sand sculptures. Also, nearby you have Portland, West Bay, Dorchester, Monkey World, The Tank Museum, and a variety of National Trust Sites including Hardy Monument, Lamberts Castle, Ringstead Bay and Corfe Castle.
