Dottie's Retreat is a deceptively spacious three storey townhouse within walking distance of the ever popular Brewers Quay part of town. The interior of the property is a delight with a spacious contemporary kitchen /diner opening up onto a fully enclosed garden with small decked area and raised lawn. The large lounge is situated on the first floor taking full advantage of the width of the house. A short walk leads to Sandsfoot beach (next to the sailing club) with rock pools to explore at low tide; a quieter option than the main beach. A 15 minute walk takes you to the picturesque old harbour which has a wide choice of restaurants and pubs. Another five minutes' walk along the Harbourside, over the town bridge and you will arrive at the town centre. Adjacent to the high street is the main beach which has been long favoured by holiday makers for its wide expanse of fine golden sand along with shallow waters and traditional entertainments such as Donkey Rides and Punch and Judy. Walking from Dottie's Retreat you can easily access the Rodwell Trail a walk which takes you towards the national sailing academy on Portland in one direction or the town centre in the other. With so many options available in Weymouth you may find your car stays parked for the duration; but if you fancy exploring our lovely Dorset County you may enjoy driving the spectacular coast road with stunning views, stopping off en-route at charming villages such as Abbotsbury which has tea rooms, the famous Swannery and sub-tropical gardens.

Bedroom 2, full size bunk beds. Shower room with hand basin and toilet. 2nd floor: Master Bedroom 3, kingsize double bed, second TV, en suite bathroom with bath and power shower over, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 4, twin single beds.
