A second sitting room offers a TV, sofa and chair, whilst the Kitchen is a large space, with facilities to cook for all the family and for everyone to sit together and plan holiday adventures. There is also the comfort of a downstairs WC.
Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms; Bedroom 1 and 2 offer the super king size beds. Bedroom 3 offers a king size bed. The family bathroom offers both a bath and separate shower, basin and WC.
The Courtyard garden offers an ideal place to relax in the evening sun after a busy day of holiday adventures.
There is on street permit parking, available on a first come first served basis. Sun Beam offers two permits for guest use.
You will find Weymouth's award-winning beach just a few minutes' walk from the front door and the town centre with all it's restaurants and shops within walking distance
