Not sure how the previous reviewer had such a hard time with the keybox. I'm cackhanded with those sorts of things at the best of times, and I found it very easy to use! The house itself was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped without being cluttered, which is nice. Nice big fridge/freezer. Warm and comfy living room with a Smart TV, which was great for catching up with Disney+/Netflix/iPlayer etc. Wifi was faultless. Bedroom and bathroom were also clean and comfortable. Nice modern bathroom with great water pressure. And you can see the sea from all three bedrooms! A very quiet, pleasant area to stay in. Don't be put off by the fact that it's a housing estate - I hardly knew the neighbours were there and I felt safe and relaxed walking my dog in the local area. Having the Rodwell trail right next door was great for my nervy dog who doesn't like cars. She also enjoyed exploring Smallmouth beach - what a lovely feature to have nearby. We used the house as a base to walk the Rodwell trail, on Portland and at Dorchester and liked it so much I have already re-booked for May 2025. Can't wait to be back by the sea!

Only downside was the hob which is really difficult to use .A handrail in the bath would be helpful even though you provide a non slip mat when you are older it would feel safer on entering and exciting the shower . The key safe outside is a joke .On arrival it took us a good 15 mins to get in .We have the exact same one and ours works perfect .We couldnât get it to open to put keys inside when we left .That is why they were just left inside it we had been trying to get it open for ages just small things didnât spoil our holiday though.
