Parking is available on the quiet lane outside the property, and steps up the front path lead to the front door, beside a bench and seating area, where you can enjoy a peaceful cup of tea in the morning. Step inside to discover a bright and welcoming living/dining room with feature stone fireplace housing a woodburning stove, ideal for snuggling up in front of on the sofa with a good book or a glass of wine during a quiet evening in. Enjoy romantic meals at the dining table, lovingly prepared in the country-style kitchen, two steps up from the living/dining room, boasting a small Rayburn cooker and a host of modern conveniences and appliances. Head up the steep staircase to discover the inviting bedroom, with a calming and sunny yellow décor, stunning wooden floorboards and an inviting King-size bed where you can catch a good night's rest, while opposite is the sleek bathroom with large slipper bath and separate walk-in shower, so you can choose how you wish to start each day. The market town of Stroud, on the fringes of the Cotswolds AONB, is just over two miles away, boasting a wonderful farmers' market, bohemian architecture, charming bookshops, independent shops and a lovely café culture. Spend an afternoon strolling around the impressive Stratford Park, which boasts a pretty lake that you can picnic beside, a leisure centre, arboretum and a local history museum with a gift shop. The pretty market town of Cirencester, with its imposing church, market square and host of shops and restaurants, can be reached within a 20-minute drive.
