Accommodation
Worthy Cottage kitchen is fitted with washing machine, fridge/ freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Iron and Ironing board and hair dryer are included. Nespresso coffee machine (a small selection of pods is provided on arrival). Note, there is no dishwasher in this cottage.
The TV has an Amazon Firestick providing access to Amazon Prime, Netflix , BBC iplayer, ITV Hub, BT Sport and the owners library of films/TV series' etc. WIFI is available throughout the property.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Worthy Cottage is fitted with wall-mounted heaters in the bedroom and living area, which can provide instant heat or programmed to suit, plus a wall-mounted heater and heated towel rail in the bathroom. There is also a wood burner in the living area; kindling, matches and a basket of logs will be provided. Additional logs/kindling can be purchased from the hardware shop in Porlock.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Bed linen is not supplied for the cot.
A small amount of tea, nespresso coffee pods, sugar and milk are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive.
Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, washing powder and surface cleaner will be present in the property. Two toilet rolls will be provided.

If your intention is to enjoy the stunning walks from this location , this cottage cannot be recommended highly enough. It has all the essentials for a comfortable stay and if you are entirely self-catering, all the equipment you would require in the kitchen. Come with the right clothing and boot.... Great position , walking right from the door either down to the village or onto the coast path or on up into the higher woods Boot’s required.

The cottage was very clean and the both the bedroom and bathroom were good quality and comfortable. However the Cottage was cold due to the radiators being turned off. We did not wish to use the electric heaters so made a fire on the 2nd night to warm up after a day walking on Exmoor's hills in t.... There was no dry or outhouse room for muddy and wet walking gear and shoes.
