Chantry cottage is a cosy chocolate box cottage set just outside of the heart of the seaside town of Paignton. Sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and with good sized enclosed garden, also accepting those four legged friends! As you enter the property itself you find yourself in the lounge/diner with sofa seating and dining table with chairs with characterful beams running along the ceiling. Next to this is the kitchen which is equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and benefits a freestanding slipper bath with rainfall shower head above. Through a door in the kitchen is how the rear garden is accessed, with small patio area with seating, this makes a lovely area to enjoy that late night glass of wine or early morning coffee before a day at the beach.

In addition, with a good sized stretch of lawn and the garden being enclosed, this also makes the garden very pet friendly. Walk upstairs and you find yourself in the master double bedroom with hanging storage and plenty of dressing area space. The second twin single bedroom is located just off of this room, making the cottage ideal for a family.

From the cottage, it is just a short walk to the nearby large Victoria park with greens, tennis courts, skate parks and duck ponds. The main town is also right at your doorstep, perfect for stocking up. The nearby beaches and pier are very close by, as is the large Vue cinema, crazy golf course, arcades and an array of restaurants and bars. Here, everything is on your doorstep. After seeing everything Paignton has to offer, why not take a trip on the nearby steam train, or visit some of the other local towns such as Torquay with its Marina and the famous fishing town of Brixham during your stay. With these beautiful towns which make up the English Riviera close by, as well as the famous boating town of Dartmouth & Kingswear and many more. Whatever your reason for visiting the area, Chantry cottage is a great cottage to start.
