The property is situated in the very centre of Torquay, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants the town has to offer, and a stone’s throw from the harbour/marina and seafront.

As you enter the gates to the parking area, there is a door and stairwell that leads up to the property. Here there is also a lift which can take you directly outside the front door.
