Wellswood Mews is located ideally for those who like to be within an easy reach of the Torquay Harbour and town centre, but still be able to enjoy a relaxing holiday escaping the hustle and bustle with a glass of wine in the patio area. This is a pet friendly property so you are welcome to bring your four legged friend with you.

Wellswood Mews is well equipped, furnished and presented to a high standard throughout for your comfort. Guests will enjoy the benefits of the patio in front of the house where they can have a lazy afternoon drink or a fresh morning coffee or relax in the hot tub. Please note: The hot tub is only available from Easter until 1st October

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen – diner, a living room, downstairs WC and stairs to the first floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Accommodation: Ground Floor. Kitchen / dinner has table and seating for 4, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer (60/40), dishwasher, washing machine with dryer and a microwave. Lounge with Smart TV, two coffee tables and two 2-seater sofas, bathroom with walk in shower, WC and sink, shaving point. Stairs to the 1st floor. First Floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside lamps on built in shelves, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair. 2nd bedroom has two single beds, bedside shelves with reading lights, chest of drawers, chair and a wardrobe. Family bathroom Tiled, contemporary bathroom with bath and a shower head attachment, WC, wash-hand basin and shaving point. The bathroom has a sky light.

Facilities and Services: Linen & towels. Underfloor electric CH. Wi-Fi. No smoking in the property. 2 medium size dogs welcome. Private parking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. Travel cot & highchair can be provided on request. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
