About this property

A beautifully presented four-bedroom house in the quiet and charming village of Tuddenham St Mary. The arrangement of rooms and enclosed garden make it an attractive property for multiple generations or two families holidaying together.

Honeysuckle House makes for a superb multi-generational family getaway in rural Suffolk. The property is entered via a large, double height entrance hall which leads to the sitting room, kitchen and a downstairs cloakroom. The well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and large island overlooks the family room making it possible for the little ones to enjoy their favourite cartoon whilst the grown-ups cook up a storm in the kitchen. For your convenience, guests have access to the garage where they will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room has been tastefully furnished with a large wooden dining table and seating for up to eight guests. In the cooler winter months, the sitting room with wood burning stove is a cosy space for warming up and relaxing in after a long day of exploring. During the summer, you might wish to open up the french doors and bask in the warmth of the sunlight. On the first floor are four well-appointed bedrooms and three generously sized bathrooms. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom boast 5' king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms. The two further bedrooms, one with a 5' king-size bed and the other with twin 3' single beds share the large family bathroom.

Outside is a large enclosed garden to the rear of the property and off-road parking available for up to four cars on the private gated driveway. The property overlooks the pretty green.

This charming four-bedroom house sits on the green of Tuddenham St Mary. Designated as a quiet lane, it leads to a large nature reserve and the river Lark. Also known as the ‘Icknield Way’, it is one of the four medieval roads in the UK. The village includes Tuddenham Mill a four AA Rosette fine dining restaurant, a local pub, garden centre and coffee shop. In addition to this, five hundred yards from the house is Wilde and Greene Farm Shop offering everything from organic meat to local fruit and veg and fresh bread.
