About this Holiday Cottage
Situated in a beautiful rural location, Appletree Cottage is set within walking distance of Fressingfield and offers a superb base for couples and families with older children visiting the peaceful Suffolk countryside. Short breaks are welcome and one small dog is also welcome by prior arrangement.
Inside
The lovely open plan living area has high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, two sofas, tiled flooring and a 54" wall mounted TV. The round dining table with chairs is next to the kitchen and modern self catering facilities include a washer/ dryer, fridge/ freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The master double bedroom has a king size bed and a patio door leading out into the garden. There is also a shower room plus a double sofa bed in the lounge providing extra sleeping space for two people.
Outside
The large garden has fantastic views over farmland along with a range of garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also parking provided.
Other Things to Note
The property may not be suitable for young children/ toddlers due to unfenced ponds in the garden.
The rental price includes central heating, electricity and Wi-Fi.
Availability
Short breaks of two nights or more may be available. One small well behaved dog is accepted by arrangement. No smoking.
