Nestled in a peaceful, rural location just outside the village of Thornham Magna, Grove Farm is made up of the Farm House and Black Swan Barn. The renovations to the properties have been sympathetically completed with features such as the inglenook fireplaces, exposed beams and so make a wonderful base for a family gathering.

Set in a wonderful and rural location, fhe farm house provides lots of space with a number of different sitting rooms, a large kitchen/dining space and a games room so that you can find you own space to relax in. There are lots of beautiful features to the house including the exposed beams and inglenook fireplaces along with lots of updates to make your stay very comfortable. The large open plan kitchen and dining area has a Rayburn range cooker which gives the space a very cosy feel, while the sitting rooms each have their own wood burning stove. Upstairs the five large bedrooms are stylishly furnished whilst the bathrooms provide spaces where you want to relax and take some time for yourself.

Black Swan Barn is a beautiful barn that has been lovingly restored to a high standard. The barn is a contemporary build far removed from your average barn conversion. It doesn't have blinds at every window as the vast majority of the property isn't overlooked and so benefits from natural light and views over the garden. Some of the walls appear unfinished but it's a trick of the light between absolute white and setting plaster by Farrow & Ball which compliment the natural colours of the bleached oak flooring. There are walls of polished concrete too which enhance that contemporary feel. Old and contemporary sit side by side in harmony which provide luxury accommodation including a wood burning stove and with an open plan living space with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows providing lots of natural light. Besides the main sitting area with wood burning stove, there is also a further area with comfortable seating, large dining space and a well equipped kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with large walk in rainfall showers. Besides the beautiful house and barn there are gardens to explore and you may be lucky enough to spot some wildlife including deer and owls.

These stunning properties provide a luxury base for you to explore the local area. The village of Thornham Magna has a beautiful thatched pub, The Four Horseshoes which is a ten minute walk from the farm house. Thornham Walks are nearby so that you can experience some more of the countryside and wildlife in the area. Grove Farm is a lovely place to come back to whether you want to stay in the cooler months or spend some time in Suffolk during the warmer summer months.

Also available to book at this location is Grove Farm House sleeping ten guests and Black Swan Barn sleeping six guests. These properties can be booked individually or together as Grove Farm to sleep sixteen guests.
