Tucked away in the tranquil village of Hepworth, this waterside home sits on a small lake in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Ideal for a couple or family, enjoy a wonderful blend of contemporary styling and old-world charm, complete with a crackling wood burner in the open-plan living space. Outside, sit back on the terrace overlooking the water or take a relaxing soak in the bubbling private hot tub.

Upon stepping into this single-level property, you’ll be greeted by a spacious entrance hall providing space for coats and shoes. Continuing through to the heart of the home, you'll find yourself in a bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts a comfortable sofa and armchair set around a cosy wood burner, perfect for chilly winter evenings. Entertainment is at hand with two Smart TVs, one in the kitchen/lounge area and another conveniently placed in the dining area. The well-equipped kitchen offers high-quality modern appliances and stunning views overlooking the pond and countryside. The dining area, bathed in natural light from an orangery roof lantern, provides a lovely setting for evening meals or family board games. When it's time to retire for the day, an inviting super king-size bedroom awaits, with an en-suite shower room for added convenience. There is a second king-size bedroom, and the family bathroom provides a bath and a large walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.
