There are steep stairs to the first floor with a balastrade of less than 1m and gaps in the spindles of more than 10cm. Some of the ceilings have low beams. The cottage is in the owners' grounds. There is an enclosed garden to the rear and use of a large lawned area to the front of the property. There is a pond in the garden. Owner has cats. If you are taking pets, they must be compatible with cats.
