Nearby days out include the famous concert hall at Snape Maltings (10 miles) and the 12th-century castle at Framlingham (4.5 miles).

After a long walk, unwind in the attractive lounge/kitchen/diner, which boasts a vaulted ceiling and picture windows framing breathtaking countryside views. The historic market town of Woodbridge is 8 miles from the cottage. Here, you’ll find a great range of independent shops and eateries, along with regular farmers’ markets and antique fairs. The Anglo-Saxon burial site of Sutton Hoo is just outside the town and is a must for any history enthusiasts. The pretty seaside town of Aldeburgh is 15 miles away and has a fabulous shingle beach and long promenade to explore, as well as multiple boutiques, galleries, and studios for picking up little souvenirs from your trip.
