A contemporary, cosy townhouse. Hideaway Cottage is a fantastic option for families looking to be close to the seaside. A short drive from the beautiful sand and shingle beach of Sizewell for memorable dog walks. Aldeburgh, Dunwich and Southwold are all just a short drive away, making this cottage a great base for exploring the Suffolk coast.
Hideaway Cottage is tucked away in a quiet road of terraced houses. The house feels modern and bright throughout, offering a quiet place to stay and enjoy. It’s spacious sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove, large TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. There’s also a great assortment of books for reading. The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage. The dining area offers space for all guests, though you may prefer to eat al fresco in the rear garden if the weather is balmy! A ground floor wet room with large shower completes the ground floor accommodation.
The first floor comprises one king-size and one double bedroom. Both are spacious with plenty of storage.
Outside, a long rear garden is completed with a patio, garden furniture and a barbecue area.
The cottage is a short walk from the High Street with a supermarket, fantastic butchers, greengrocers, and even an art gallery. Just a little drive away is Sizewell beach (dog friendly all year) with walks directly to Minsmere, Dunwich, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh. It’s a beautiful stretch of coast with the most stunning sunrises over the expansive sea; definitely worth getting up early to witness!

Infants welcome. Please bring your own cot and high chair.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge) but please note they are not allowed upstairs.
There isn’t any designated parking at the cottage however there is free parking in front of the cottage on the road.

This delightful dog friendly cottage is a cosy base for a holiday or short break. The property was immaculate with everything you need and really comfortable. We would definitely stay again. (Fabulous Holiday). The only fault that I could find was the parking but that was no problem as there is a free car park just at the end of the street.
