Home to rare plants and wildlife such as red deer and birds of prey, the reserve has lots for all ages to enjoy, with scenic trails to explore, a children’s play area and an information hut. One of the best bird-watching sites in the country is also close by, at rspb Minsmere (4 miles). Take in far-reaching views from the scenic Suffolk Coast Path linking Dunwich to the pretty seaside town of Southwold (6.5 miles), with golden sands and an Edwardian pier.
