Central location from which to explore Suffolk coast and inland forest walks. Quite. Property roomy and quiet. Hot water always available for showers and dishes. Radiators v. efficient when needed. Comfortable bed/s. Views front and back pleasant, enjoyable. Homeowner on site. Friendly and helpful.
